Toned Body, Toned Mind is a 4-week holistic program designed to help you find your inner peace, strength, and balance. Led by co-founder Karena Dawn, it features 30 days of yoga, meditation, and self-care to leave you feeling empowered and at ease.

Years ago, Karena was prescribed yoga & meditation in lieu of traditional medicine. In moving her body and centering her mind, she developed an approach to health & wellness that went beyond the physical. Together, we brought her vision to life and shared the story behind Toned Body, Toned Mind.
